Mr. Shah Jay Pareshbhai, aged 36 years, is one of the Promoters, Chairman, Managing Director and Chief FinancialOfficer of our Company. He was one of the partners in the erstwhile limited liability partnership firm. He holds degreeofBachelor of Commerce from Saurashtra University, Gujarat in the year 2008. He possesses work experience ofaround 8years in pet straps industry with M/s. Shah Manilal Somchand, M/s. Shah and Company in the field of trading of PETgrinder, Flex Straps and all types of plastic granules and 3 years of experience as one of the partners in the erstwhile limitedliability partnership firm. He also has seven years of experience with M/s. Ventura Securities Limited as a remisier. He hasbeen associated with our Company since incorporation as Managing Director. Further, he was appointed as the ChiefFinancial Officer of our Company w.e.f. October 25, 2023. He is actively involved in the day to day operations of ourCompany and looks after the overall accounts & finance, marketing and administration of our Company. He is resultoriented, focused, hardworking person and provides strategic advice and guidance to the members of the Board of Directors,to keep them aware of developments to ensure that appropriate policies are developed.
Mr. Kavathiya Vivek Dharmendrabhai, aged 31 years is one the Promoters and Whole Time Director of our Company.He was one of the partners in the erstwhile limited liability partnership firm. He does not have a formal graduationdegree,however he has around 8 years of experience in the pet strap industry with M/s. Balaji Poly Strep where he gainedexperience dealing with the production of Polypropylene straps and 3 years of experience as one of the partners in theerstwhile limited liability partnership firm. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He overseesthe operational aspects of the Company, ensuring smooth execution of projects and efficient utilization of resourcesensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Mr. Varasada Vimal Dayabhai, aged 38 years, is one the Promoters and Whole Time Director of our Company. Hewasone of the partners in the erstwhile limited liability partnership firm. He does not have a formal graduation degree, howeverhe has around 7 years of experience in the field of manufacturing of box dying in his own sole proprietorship firm, i.e.,M/s. Adarsh Enterprise and 3 years of experience as one of the partners in the erstwhile limited liability partnership firm.He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He is responsible for the on-field operations productionand human resource management of our Company.
Ms. Aarti Jaybhai Shah, aged 34 years is the Non-Executive Non- Independent Director of our Company. She holdsdegree of Bachelors of Computer Application from Saurashtra University, Gujarat in the year 2009. She has aproprietorshipfirm under the name of M/s. Shah Manilal Somchand. She has been associated with our Company w.e.f.August 31, 2023.
Mr. Darshan Bhaveshbhai Vora, aged 29 years is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our company. He holdsdegree of Bachelor of Commerce from Saurashtra University, Gujarat in the year 2015 also holds degree of BachelorofLaw from Saurashtra University, Gujarat in the year 2021. He has been associated with our Company w.e.f. November 10,2023. He is associated with M/s. Shrenik Jewellers and is looking after business management and financials of M/s. ShrenikJewellers.
Mr. Sandeep Patidar, aged 30 years is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds degree ofBachelor of Commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore in the year 2014 and also is a CharteredAccountant byprofessional and is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been a practising CharteredAccountant since 2018. He has been associated with our Company w.e.f. November 10, 2023.
